Welcome to Stone Sailing Club

The sailing season will soon be upon us and there have been some exciting developments at the club. Building work has commenced and will be completed by the beginning of the season. All members and visitors will be able to benefit from a new larger kitchen, office, cellar, plus improved storage for the upstairs bar. Gone, will also be the days of the marquee flooding now that the ground level has been raised.

The 2012 sailing calendar is jam packed full of exciting events throughout the year, these include many open meetings ranging from 18’ Skiff, K6, RS600, Phantoms, Snipes and Cadets. The club has also secured hosting the Moth Nationals and Musto Skiff Nationals, both are sure to be spectacular events.

Club racing has also had a facelift with series racing being moved to the mornings and all cup races will be held in the afternoon.

Don’t forget the launch of our new sailing competition being held through out the year.
